Objective
Business Challeges
Skillers Institute was a new entry in the study abroad agency, although the owner had prior experience. They approached us to build website and run marketing campaign to get leads.
Countdown
The study abroad intake goes throughout the year. The client approached us in May 2021. The most important intake coming ahead was Australia Intake in around 2022 because Australia had just opened after COVID. So, this was the primary focus of our client to focus students who want to study in Australia.
Final Step
Besides website creation, and setting up its position in Google Search, they want us to run Ads for their marketing. They expected about 100 Leads in one one-month campaign.

The new business was a challenge for us. There were already many study consultancy working. Getting the potential lead that should be converted was also a big responsibility.

By competitor analysis, we measure and set some benchmarks. These benchmarks included Digital as well as Conventional Marketing strategies.
We also included Conventional Marketing.

Implementation
Website Creation
Website is mandatory, so on a priority basis, we consider it necessary to create a website.
Facebook & Instagram Ads
This is the most important section of our strategy. We run the Facebook Ad campaign for Page likes, as well as for lead generation.
SEO & Google My Business Profile Setup
We optimized the pages according to the city, the reason is that it’s really hard to rank for the whole country when there are already competitors who are ranking. So, we considered it best to first rank in our city. The key benefit was, that there wasn’t much competition in our city and we found some low-competitive keywords.
Google My Business Profile: Google My Business Profile has much importance. When you search for something, the first results that come up with maps are Google Business Profiles. So, any business that wants to get a view quickly, must build the profile. So, we did that too.
